Another Docerela Creations FUN CHALLENGE!
Hi, Everyone!
It´s time for another great Challenge for Docerela Creations!
It´s time for another great chance to win some really lovely stamps! ;-D
So this Challenge is all about going to the beach, playing under the Sun, longer days, fun, fun, FUN!!!
What? Didn´t ring a bell yet? This challenge is all about SUMMER! Yes, it´s Summer Time for you guys (I said for YOU guys because I live in South America, so here´s coming the Winter... lol!).
For this Challenge you have to make any project using the SUMMER as your theme, as your inspiration. It can be a Card, a 3D project, a Layout, anything your creativity tells you to make about Summer.
Let´s see what I prepared for you. Here´s my project:
I live in a town named Niterói, very close to Rio de
Janeiro, and both cities are linked by the Rio-Niterói Bridge. We can
also go to Rio by ferries. Only 12 minutes on the new ones. So we can view from our Icaraí Beach, only a block and a half from home, the Sugar Loaf, the Corcovado (the Christ)... Wow! It amazes me EVERYTIME I see it. =D
For this Layout I used:
- Docerela Creations Portuguese Stamp Set III;
- Some designer papers I won from a friend (I can´t recall the brand, so sorry!);
- A green textured cardstock as the base for the Layout from DCWV;
- A doodle done by myself (the Sun, of course... I LOVE the Sun!);
- Musical Tissue Tape by Tim Holtz (LOVE him also!);
- Label punch;
- Circle punch;
- Markers and ink.
Below you can see the stamp I used from the Set III of Docerela Creations Portuguese Stamps. It´s written "Ótimo verão", which means "Great summer" in Portuguese. =)

Remembers me some great songs, some that stayed in our minds (and hearts), like... "Summertime". =)
But as I´m Brazilian and I´m always showing on my projects the Portuguese Docerela Creations Stamp Sets, I decided to put on the journaling a brief part of an old Summer song we had here, called "SOL DE VERÃO" which means "SUMMER SUN" in Portuguese. I LOVE this song!
It says on the lyric: "It´s Summer! Good sign! It´s time... to open up the heart and dream..." by the band Roupa Nova (Brazilian band).
And below you can take a look at the photos a little bit closer, taken buy my brother, who still doesn´t know how great photographer he is... but I always remind him that. ;-)

Scrap what you love...
Hi, everyone! Ready for another Docerela Creations Challenge?
So let the Fun begin!!!! Since it is National Scrapbooking Month...
Today's Challenge: Scrap What you Love!
Every

The Docerela Stamp Sets help us to create LOVELY projects, because she creates the sentiments so carefully, and in both languages, ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE! As I´m from Brazil, I say YAAAAYYYY!!! THANKS, CAT!! =)
They are really high quality stamps, making paper crafting even better!
I don't normally scrapbook but I am really getting more into it slowly, as "my thing" always was cardmaking and party favors.
So I decided to scrap something I really LOVE, but haven´t do for a while: Sewing!!!
Yes, I LOVE to make mini double-faced bags, those Babushka dolls, the "CatAngels" (as long as I also LOVE Cats and Angels...) =D
So here is my project:
The title "COSTURINHAS" means something like "sewed little things"...
Those are the "CATANGELS" (in Portuguese "GATANJOS") that my dad asked me to make for him to give to the nurses in the clinic where he did a treatment. He told me that if he gave gold dust it wouldn´t have made the same effect. They LOVED them! And I was so happy because my dad was too.
The words and the phrase I used (in green and blue) are from Docerela Stamp Set I - in Portuguese
For this project I used:
Graphic 45 Designer Paper;
DCWV Yellow Glitter paper;
Creme solid Cardstock;
DCWV Yellow Glitter paper;
Creme solid Cardstock;
Adhesive

Cards, cards... how I LOVE making cards!
Hi, Everyone!
Here I am (late) for a new post. But I am late with this post for a good cause. AMORECOS Creations Blog was all redesigned and I can say I am pretty happy with the result! And as I am from Brazil and speak Portuguese, I also have an AMORECOS Blog in my language... ;-)
Besides, I´m super busy with my local shop, which is becoming sooooo lovely (yaaaaayy!) and with the products to put there; as well as with the projects for the Docerela Creations Design Team (I´m a proud member)!!! Wow!
In between of one thing and another, I made 2 cards for a swap:

So, for the Orange one I used DCWV textured cardstock; White Watercolor cardstock; Hero Arts Babushka Stamp Set; We R making Memories Washi Tape; Tafeta White Ribbon; Markers.
And for this Mini-Mini Pink one, I used Pink Shimmer DCWV cardstock (beeeaauuutiful!); Stampin´Up Punch Border; White Watercolor cardstock; Hero Arts Babushka Stamp Set (again, just can´t stop!); Dimensionals; Markers.
So, even working, I can tell that I´ve been having A LOT OF FUN those past 2 weeks!

Docerela Creations MOTHER DAY CHALLENGE!
Hi, Everyone!
Well, here we are with another Docerela Creations great Challenge, to honor all the MOMS.
So, for this Challenge make something for Mother´s Day, whatever that comes from your heart - a layout, a treat holder, a card...
I made a" reminder" for my mom, so she can always remember how I feel about her and how I appreciate everything she did and still does for me! Here´s my project:
On the inside I also stamped another "reminder" for my mom (all using the AMAZING Docerela Creations Stamps Sets in Portuguese!!! Just LOVE those stamps!):
For this Project I used the following supplies:
- Pink Shimmer Cardstock;
- Pink Post-It 3 x 3 inches pad;
- Paper and fabric scraps (to build the "patch" embellishment);
- A purple heart gem ( also to embellish);
- Docerela Creations Portuguese Stamps Sets I and II (you can see them below).

FRIENDSHIP
Hi everyone!
Now feeling so much better, I am very very happy to write this post!
Yes, I have a special reason. I mean two... or three! =D
Today I received an unexpected visit of one of my BFFs, Patricia! I LOVE HER, we are SOUL-SISTERS.
And I´m no kidding when I say that, we can read each other minds. Really!!! It´s something AMAZING...
Well, I was waking up when she called me asking if she could come here to my home (imagine that!). She WAS HERE ALL THE TIME when we were younger! =) So she came and we had lunch and as my brother was here too, she could be with the hole family (I just wish my dad was still here with us, but he´s now in a better place, we know that). So, here is one of my BFFs EVER!!! I´m on the left and she´s on the right:
She is beautiful, on the inside and on the outside, and also a great MOM! She´s a real "warrior", to raise her 3 AMAZING kids on her own! They are so LOVELY and ADORABLE, and she´s one of the biggest BLESSINGS in my life! It seems like she could feel I needed to see her and spend some quality time with her... Yes, our FRIENDSHIP is a GIFT FROM GOD. Here she´s at the terrace, in my home, just chatting a little, before we leave to my Studio-Shop (AMORECOS).
So we decided to walk along the Icaraí Beach, only 2 blocks from my home. And suddenly we see this BEAUTIFUL ANGEL sculpture, made with sand and water only, to confirm that our meeting was blessed since the beginning...
Well, on my Studio-Shop, I started to work on a Mother´s Day project, using the new AMORECOS product, totally handmade: Deco-Tapes! Yaaaayyy!!! I wanted to made those by myself for a long time and now I think I got addicted to them LOL!! Here´s just a sneak peak of the first 2 I made, but these are not the one I´m using on my Mother´s Day project (wich I can´t show yet because it´s for a Challenge):
At the time of leaving the Shop my other BFF (ever!!!), and also my Cousin, Carla called me asking if I wanted to go to drink some coffee with her. And, BELIEVE ME, it´s a VERY RARE THING to happen!!!
Here we are (now she´s the one on the left and this photo is from last year because on I didn´t have my camera when I was with Carla):
So, I´m thinking about them (and MY mom of course) to get inspiration for this project I´m making. Both Patricia and Carla are AMAZING MOMS!!! Their kids are the best! =D
I wanted to share with you guys these 2 VERY SPECIAL moments that happened today because they came like a sign to remember me what real FRIENDSHIP is about... =)

Searching some HEALING.
Hi, dear readers, dear followers.
I hope each one of you is well.
I come today to talk to you all a little bit.
Today I was supposed to post, as a Designer of a great blog team, a project that I couldn't make. I've been, during this week, with a high level of stress and even when things seemed going well, or I thought I was going well, some things happened to make me see that I need some healing to be done. Like a big wake up calling.
Nothing VERY serious, thank you dear God, but serious enough to make me forget some commitments that I couldn't and DIDN'T WANT to forget.
So I am searching for healing and ask you all to send me some Love and remember me on your prayers.
I look forward to be well soon, the soonest as possible.

I´m Tatiana Tortelly and I´m VERY HAPPY with today´s post: it is all about Celebrating and Flowers! =D
Not only because of the Season SPRING - I´m on the South Hemisphere so here is Fall now -
but because of THE SPRING INSIDE US!
I´m talking about the amazing Creativity and Talent we have, each one of us and everyone.

I´m so proud to introduce you my new Blog:
AMORECOS CREATIONS. =D Yaaaaay!
I´m Brazilian, I live in Brazil, but thanks to my new friend Catarina Silva, from DOCERELA CREATIONS (you DEFINITELY have to stop by!), I´m becoming international. Wow...
On her site she throws challenges and shares her projects and ideas.
Catarina is from USA and she "appeared" in my life in a very special moment.
I can say I so needed her right now but I think I never told her this... So, THANK YOU SO MUCH, Cat!
She´s creating LOVELY clear stamps sets and now she´s releasing some sets in Portuguese!
I´m SO thankful for that too! To take a look to her stamps in ENGLISH please go here.

Cat is always figuring out something NEW, CREATING something that can attend the paper crafters, specially the Scrapbookers and WOW them. Creation is really her thing. And maybe that´s the reason we got along so well. Because I am always creating (or trying to) create something new too. So, when she suggested me to add the word CREATIONS to my brand AMORECOS (in Portuguese something like "little lovable things"), I thought it really amazing. =)
She also invited me to be a part of her Design Team!! I couldn´t be happier! =D
I promise I´ll do my best on the challenges and projects. So, MANY "THANK YOUS" to you, Catarina!
I can´t wait to know you all better! =)

I LOVE to mix different materials, and medias when I´m working with canvas and even paper
and, of course, I LOVE to use the CRICUT!!!
I also love to make CARDS, BOOKMARKS, BRAG BOOKS and whatever
my imagination and my heart tell me to do. ;-)
The only rule is to HAVE FUN! ;-D
